Shipping & Delivery
1. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India (or you can specify your minimum order value, e.g., Free Shipping on orders above ₹999).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for eligible pin codes. A nominal handling fee may apply at checkout depending on the order size and location.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time
- All orders are processed and carefully inspected at our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your unique tracking ID and courier partner link.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Our warehouse is strategically located in Surat, Gujarat, to ensure seamless connectivity. The typical delivery times are as follows:
- Within Gujarat: 2–3 Business Days.
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.): 3–5 Business Days.
- Rest of India: 5–7 Business Days.
- Remote Areas & North-East States: 7–10 Business Days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be delayed due to extreme weather, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical challenges.
4. Heavy & Fragile Item Handling
Products like premium sanitary ware, floor drainers, and heavy brass taps require specialized handling.
- We use multi-layered premium packaging to eliminate any risk of transit damage.
- For heavy shipments, delivery partners might only deliver to the ground floor or building gate. We request you to arrange assistance for carrying items to higher floors.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your product leaves our facility, you can monitor its real-time journey. Simply visit the tracking link provided in your shipment email or WhatsApp notification. If you face any issues with tracking, our support desk is always here to assist you.
6. Delivery Verification & Damaged Parcels
- Open-Box Verification: If you notice that the outer shipping box is severely damaged, crushed, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and immediately contact us.
- Unboxing Video (Mandatory): To protect your purchase against transit damage, we highly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video when opening your package. This video serves as valid proof in case you need to claim a free replacement for a broken item.
7. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Orders
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times before returning it to our warehouse. Please ensure you provide an accurate shipping address with a valid mobile number. Incase of an incorrect address, any re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
