Return Policy

1. Return & Replacement Window

  • We offer a 7-Day Return and Replacement Policy from the date of delivery.
  • If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, instruction manuals, warranty cards, and accessories intact.
  • Any product that shows signs of installation, usage, scratches, or alteration will not be accepted for a return.

3. Damages and Issues (Broken or Wrong Items)

We take utmost care in our packaging. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please report it to us immediately:

  • Timeframe: You must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the package.
  • Proof Required: Please share a clear unboxing video and photographs of the damaged product along with your order ID at help.newware@gmail.com.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and send a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.

4. How to Initiate a Return?

  • Request: Email our customer support team at help.newware@gmail.com or call us at +91 97377 11399 with your Order ID and reason for return.
  • Pickup: Once your request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 2–4 business days.
  • Self-Ship (If required): In case reverse pickup is not available for your pincode, you may need to ship the product back to our warehouse. We will reimburse the shipping cost up to a reasonable limit upon verification of the receipt.

5. Refunds Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, our quality check team will inspect it. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, our team will contact you to request your bank account details or UPI ID to securely transfer the refund amount.

6. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order at any time before it ships out from our facility. To cancel, please contact us immediately at +91 97377 11399.
  • If the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. You will have to receive it and initiate a standard return request.
